These are the terms on which .NET Made Easy ("the site", "we") makes its content available. They are short because the arrangement is simple: the lessons are free to read and learn from, and we ask only that you use them fairly.
Using the lessons
You may read, bookmark, print and share links to any lesson for personal, educational or commercial learning purposes, free of charge and without an account.
Code samples in the lessons may be used, copied, modified and included in your own projects, commercial or otherwise, without attribution. They are provided as teaching material and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them in production.
Prose, explanations and lesson structure are the copyright of Layerbit. Please do not republish lessons in whole or substantial part, on another site or in a product, without written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the lessons accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when they are reported. Even so, the content is provided "as is". Software platforms change, and a technique that is correct today may be superseded. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or fit for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for loss arising from its use. Test in your own environment.
Advertising and third-party services
The site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and links to third-party services such as Buy Me a Coffee and WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. How they use data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use its content to train a product that substitutes for the site. Automated access for search indexing and personal tooling is fine.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The date at the top of this page is updated when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where Layerbit is based.
